David Potin is a global L&D Advisor and Certified Executive Coach. He is the Global Lead of the Leadership & People Skills Development Programs at Allianz Technology, developing and implementing the Leadership Development Programs of Allianz Technology.
David has been nominated as part of the Top 15 Coaches in Barcelona in three consecutive years (ranking from Influence Digest magazine: Top 15 Coaches In Barcelona In 2024)
With a Master in International Business & Communication from Kedge Bordeaux and ICADE Madrid, he is graduated in Coaching Processes and in Advanced Coaching Tools, and certified as an Executive Coach since 2011. He followed Psychoanalysis classes before entering the world of coaching and complemented his knowledge with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Gestalt, & Neuroscience education applied to Leadership.
David is a speaker and gives lectures on how to be an efficient leader in today's companies, how to manage our stress, and how to transform conflicts into agreements in our professional hectic world.
On top of accompanying leaders to have a productive and smooth day to day, he is also the author of the book “Your Life with 0 Stress”, where he describes the methodology to develop our emotional intelligence in the work environment.
